In the heart of Tuscany, near Paganico,  the birth of Domorum, a distillate with the secret ingredient the noble Criollo chocolate. It is a very rare chocolate, 0.001% of cocoa production worldwide. In 1997, was born Domori, manufacturer of chocolate from cacao Criollo, now owned by the group Illy.

 From the eclectic communicator Rossana Bettini Illy,  the idea of creating a grappa chocolate Domori: a way to enjoy the essence of  Criollo Chocolate to a wider audience of lovers of brandy. The key of the project to the esteemed Distillery Nannoni Paganico, owned by master Priscilla Occhipinti  and members Rossana Rosini and Morena Orlandini who continue with passion the work of the great Gioacchino Nannoni.

To celebrate the newly Domorum Grappa, a large group of friends journalists, entrepreneurs and manufacturers: live music, culinary excellence of Maremma and rivers of wine have ensured the success of this incredible night Maremma.
