1) Always rely on catering with experience in the catering world. Many are improvising, bars, takeaways, restaurants. Then the results are seen!
2) The  menu should be accompanied by an excellent service: experienced staff, renowned chefs, fresh and quality supplies are not for everyone.
3) Plan a meeting with our owner.  Often the menu of friends,  is not replicable for several reasons
