Italian Wine concludes some recommendations for beginners:
- The first: if you do not oriented as in the basket of labels that luckily our peninsula offers, ask for advice on your wine ENOTECA. You'll spend a bit more than the supermarket but you will have a sure guide to choosing the right bottle. Then it will be even more fun to just choose the wine on the shelves of supermarkets and, after being selected, ask the sommelier on duty.
- The second: if you have at home a nice bottle, don't let it age too, you do not need the great opportunity to taste some good wine. Indeed, even a large bottle if not perfectly preserved, may be damaged, because it should be kept horizontal, not exposed to light and temperature changes. When in doubt, preserved only a few years the reserve wines with great structure, never the white or sparkling wines.
- The third and not in order of importance is to buy, give and always taste the wine that we like because, regardless of the advice from the experienced on duty, friend or newspapers, remember that "what we eat and drink that we are "but above all each of us has his own personal taste.
